Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@ailynne.com as soon as possible and include your order number in the subject line.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have purchased a subscription or recurring delivery:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at info@ailynne.com

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle

  • Any orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once shipped

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund

  • Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy

If your order includes bundled products or gift sets:

  • Partial cancellations are not available once the order has been processed

  • If cancelled before dispatch, the full bundle will be cancelled and refunded

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
