We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns in line with the policy below.

Change of Mind Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

Kindly include your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return in the email.

You will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and received by us, please contact info@ailynne.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ailynne.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Show signs of use 
  • Are returned outside the 30-day window
  • Are not in their original condition or packaging

If you've used the shampoo consistently for 90 days, followed the directions for use and met the requirements below, but are still not satisfied with your results, we'll refund the purchase price of your original order.

How to Qualify

To be eligible for the Ailynne Growth Shampoo 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you must:

  • Use Ailynne Growth Shampoo consistently for 90 consecutive days.

  • Use the shampoo at least twice per week following the directions for use throughout the 90-day period.

  • Use Ailynne Growth Shampoo as your only shampoo throughout the 90-day period. 

  • Complete the recommended 90-day routine before submitting a claim.

Before & After Photos

If you wish to make a claim under the Ailynne 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you'll need to provide:

  • A clear before photo taken before your first use of Ailynne Growth Shampoo.
  • A progress photo taken approximately halfway through your 90-day routine.
  • A clear after photo taken after completing the full 90-day routine.

To help us assess your claim fairly, all photos must:

  • Be submitted as the original image files taken directly from your device (not screenshots or edited copies).
  • Be genuine photographs taken by you during your 90-day routine.
  • Show the same area of the scalp in similar lighting and from similar angles.
  • Be clear, in focus and unedited.
  • Not be digitally altered, enhanced, filtered, manipulated or generated using artificial intelligence (AI) or any other image-generation software.

We reserve the right to request the original image files to verify their authenticity. If we reasonably believe that any submitted images have been edited, manipulated, generated using AI, or do not genuinely represent your progress throughout the 90-day routine, we reserve the right to decline the guarantee claim.

How to Submit a Claim

If, after completing the 90-day routine, you're not satisfied with your results, please contact our Customer Care team within 10 days of completing your routine.

To assess your claim, we'll ask you to provide:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • Your before, progress and after photos.

  • Answers to a few questions about how you used the product during the 90-day routine.

Refund Coverage

If your claim is approved, we'll refund the purchase price of your original qualifying order.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Subsequent or repeat orders.

  • Additional products purchased separately.

  • Shipping charges.

Only one guarantee claim may be made per customer, household and original qualifying order.

Claims May Be Declined If

  • The shampoo was not used according to the directions for use.

  • The full 90-day routine was not completed.

  • Other shampoos or cleansing hair products were used during the 90-day period.

  • The required photos are not provided.

  • The claim is submitted more than 30 days after completing the 90-day routine.

  • The information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or does not reasonably demonstrate that the product was used in accordance with these terms.
