Select your product.

Choose the product you’d like guidance for below. The steps and tips will update based on your selection.

The Liquid Shampoo.

Great results begin with great products — while small improvements in technique help maximise their performance over time.

Get Maximum Results In 4 Simple Steps.

1 — 4
1
Step One
Begin with a slow brush-through.

Before water touches your hair, brush from ends to roots. It loosens knots, lifts shed strands, and prepares the scalp to receive the wash.

2
Step Two
Apply a small amount to thoroughly wet hair.

Start with a coin-sized amount and spread between your palms before applying to the scalp. Properly wet hair helps the shampoo spread more evenly and cleanse more effectively.

3
Step Three
Massage gently into the scalp.

Use your fingertips to work the shampoo into the scalp using slow circular motions for a full thirty to sixty seconds — circulation matters as much as the cleanse itself.

4
Step Four
Rinse, then close with cool water.

Rinse until the water runs clear. End with thirty seconds of cool water along the lengths — it seals the cuticle and adds an natural shine.

The Liquid Conditioner.

Great results begin with great products — while small improvements in technique help maximise their performance over time.

Get Maximum Results In 4 Simple Steps.

1 — 4
1
Step One
Squeeze excess water from the hair.

Conditioner works best on damp hair rather than soaking wet hair. Gently squeeze out excess water before applying.

2
Step Two
Apply a small amount through the lengths.

Use a small amount and distribute evenly through the mid-lengths and ends of the hair, avoiding the scalp area.

3
Step Three
Leave on for 4–5 minutes.

Allow the conditioner time to soften and smooth the hair before washing out. Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to distribute evenly through the lengths.

4
Step Four
Rinse, then close with cool water.

Rinse until the hair feels soft, fresh and lightweight. End with a thirty-second cool water rinse along the lengths to help seal the hair cuticle for a shinier, smoother-looking finish.

The Shampoo Bar.

Great results begin with great products — while small improvements in technique help maximise their performance over time.

Get Maximum Results In 4 Simple Steps.

1 — 4
1
Step One
Thoroughly wet hair and bar.

Hold the bar under warm water for a few seconds before use. Fully wet hair helps the bar glide more easily and create a softer, more even lather.

2
Step Two
Use a small amount.

Rub the shampoo bar between your hands or glide it gently across the scalp in a few slow passes to create rich lather. Avoid scrubbing the ends with the bar directly.

3
Step Three
Massage into the scalp.

Use your fingertips to build the lather and massage gently into the scalp for around 30–60 seconds. Work the product through the roots first, then through the lengths.

4
Step Four
Rinse thoroughly and store dry.

Rinse until water runs clear, then a thirty-second cool rinse to seal. Store the bar on a draining dish — kept dry, it will easily last sixty washes.

The Conditioner Bar.

Step One
Squeeze excess water from the hair.

Conditioner bars work best on damp hair rather than soaking wet hair. Gently squeeze out excess water before applying.

2
Step Two
Wet the bar and apply through the lengths.

Run the conditioner bar under warm water for a few seconds, then rub between your hands or glide gently through the mid-lengths and ends of the hair.

3
Step Three
Leave on for 4-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to distribute evenly through the hair. Leave for 4–5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

4
Step Four
Store dry between washes.

After use, place the conditioner bar on a soap dish or draining tray so it can dry fully between washes.

The Hair Serum.

Great results begin with great products — while small improvements in technique help maximise their performance over time.

Get Maximum Results In 3 Simple Steps.

1 — 3
1
Step One
Apply to the scalp on damp hair.

Place a few drops directly onto the scalp after washing, then massage gently using your fingertips or a scalp massager to help distribute the serum evenly.

2
Step Two
Apply through the lengths on damp or dry hair.

Warm a few drops between your palms and smooth through the mid-lengths and ends to help support softer, shinier and smoother-looking hair.

3
Step Three
Leave in and style as usual.

Do not rinse out. Allow the serum to absorb naturally before blow-drying, styling or leaving the hair to air dry.

Why the small details matter.

A great haircare routine starts with the right products, but how you use them can help enhance your results even further.

i.
Circulation feeds the root.

A full sixty seconds of scalp massage encourages blood flow to the follicle — where every new strand begins. It's not a luxury; it's the work.

60sec
ii.
Cool water seals the cuticle.

Finishing your rinse with thirty seconds of cool water flattens the cuticle layer. Smoother strands reflect more light — instant, natural shine.

30sec
iii.
Less is — almost always — more.

Most of us use far too much product. A coin-size pour, or three slow strokes of the bar, will lather a head of hair if your hair was wet enough first.

Three smart tips for stronger hair.

Hair goes through a lot daily — brushing, washing, heat and friction. These simple tips take no more than a minute, but they can help minimise everyday stress on the hair.

Tip 1
Comb when damp, never wet.

Hair is most fragile soaking wet. Towel-pat first, then start at the ends with a wide-tooth comb and work upwards — never the other way.

Tip 2
Sleep on satin pillowcase.

Cotton can create friction. Switching your pillowcase is the easiest, low effort change you can make for breakage, frizz, and morning bedhead.

Tip 3
Avoid very high heat.

Excessive heat can leave hair feeling dry, rough and more prone to breakage over time. Lower heat settings and heat protection help maintain healthier-looking hair.

4

Common mistakes — and what to do instead.

No judgement. Most of these are just habits picked up over the years. A small correction, kept consistent, will quietly improve your hair.

Do — this is the way.
  • Pat — don't rub.Press water out with a soft towel. Rubbing roughs the cuticle and is the leading cause of breakage.
  • Wash less than you think.Every two to three days is plenty for most hair types. Your scalp's natural oils are doing real work — let them.
  • Use cool, not cold, for the final rinse.Comfortable cool — not bracing. Thirty seconds is all you need to seal the cuticle.
  • Let the bar dry between washes.A draining dish in a ventilated spot doubles its life. Sitting in water dissolves it from below.
Don't — gentle corrections.
  • Don't apply shampoo to dry hair.Without water, the formula can't disperse properly — you'll end up using twice as much and still feeling stripped.
  • Don’t use more than you need.A few gentle passes across thoroughly wet hair will create plenty of lather. Massage through the scalp with fingertips.
  • Don't wash with very hot water.Hot water strips the protective lipid layer. Warm is enough — your scalp is more sensitive than you think.
  • Don't brush hair while soaking wet.Wet hair stretches before it breaks. Towel-pat first, comb from the ends, and only then a brush.
